Platform Description
Migbirds is an invite-only talent matching platform that connects professionals with companies using behavioral assessments, skills profiling, and AI-powered matching. The platform is operated by Pass to Work.
User Accounts
Access to Migbirds is by invitation only. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your profile information and the security of your account. You must not share your account credentials or impersonate another user.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose of professional talent matching. You must not submit false or misleading information, attempt to circumvent platform security, scrape or collect data from other users, or use the platform for any unlawful purpose.
Intellectual Property
All platform content, design, algorithms, and branding are the property of Pass to Work. You retain ownership of the personal data and content you submit. By using the platform, you grant us a license to process your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
Behavioral Assessments
The behavioral dynamics assessment provides insights into your motivational profile, soft skills, and adaptability. Results are used for talent matching purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, or diagnostic evaluations.
Limitation of Liability
Migbirds is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using the platform, including job placement or candidate selection. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or if your invitation is revoked. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting your organization administrator or our support team.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.
