Missions principales :
- Définir et piloter la stratégie marketing orientée croissance du revenu et de la valeur client
- Développer les offres et services (abonnements, options, upsell)
- Construire et déployer l'activation CRM from scratch
- Développer la connaissance client
- Piloter la fidélisation client
