Description
Une entreprise technologique indépendante en forte croissance, présente à l'échelle européenne, cherche à structurer sa fonction achats.
Rattaché(e) à la Direction Financière, vous construisez la stratégie achats avec les parties prenantes internes et la déployez sur un périmètre pluridisciplinaire :
- Achats directs
- Achats indirects
- CAPEX
Vous managez une équipe en construction composée d'un acheteur et d'un Lead Buyer en cours de recrutement.
Profil recherché :
- Bac +5, école d'ingénieur ou de commerce
- 10 ans minimum d'expérience en achats, idéalement en PME et dans un environnement technique
- Excellent(e) négociateur(trice) avec un vrai sens du business
- Anglais courant
