Un groupe pharmaceutique international (CDMO / API, multi-sites Europe, Inde, US) recherche un(e) Juriste Senior pour un démarrage immédiat.
Mission longue en freelance ou portage salarial, basée à Lyon ou en full remote.
Périmètre :
- Support juridique international depuis le hub fonctions support
- Rédaction et négociation de contrats commerciaux : supply, manufacturing, MSA, CDA
- Accompagnement des opérations et des équipes business
- Contexte post-fusion, environnement multi-sites et international
Profil recherché :
- Expérience confirmée en droit des contrats en environnement pharma / life science
- Autonomie immédiate requise
- Bilingue français / anglais indispensable
