Description
Liffré-Cormier Communauté recrute un(e) Juriste - Acheteur dans le cadre d'un CDD d'1 an au sein du service Achats et Affaires juridiques.
Le poste est à pourvoir au sein d'une communauté de communes regroupant 27 000 habitants, en Ille-et-Vilaine (35).
Missions :
- Apporter une expertise juridique en droit public et en commande publique
- Participer aux achats et à la gestion des marchés publics du territoire
- Contribuer aux affaires juridiques du service
- Accompagner les équipes dans la sécurisation des procédures de commande publique
Conditions :
- CDD 1 an - 39h hebdomadaires
- Catégorie A ou B : Attaché territorial ou Rédacteur
- Localisation : Liffré (35), Ille-et-Vilaine
