Pour l'un de nos clients en Île-de-France, nous recrutons un Acheteur Services Contact Center (H/F) pour piloter la stratégie d'achats Relation Client.
Missions principales :
- Piloter, négocier et optimiser les prestations BPO auprès des grands acteurs du marché (Concentrix, Teleperformance, Konecta...)
- Gérer la relation prestataires et assurer le suivi des KPIs
- Contribuer à la stratégie achats dans le domaine de la Relation Client
Poste basé en Île-de-France, non ouvert aux freelances.
